Lanex HMPE ropes

High Modulus PolyEthylene rope is one of the strongest, most durable and innovative ropes on the market today. The rope is made of high-modulus polyethylene. The HMPE ropes are impregnated with durable coating to reduce abrasion and extend the service life. The extraordinary features and extreme strenght of HMPE ropes is a reason for using it as frequent substitute to steel wire/steel ropes. The HMPE ropes go through a special heat and UV resistance treatment. They have an extremely low friction coefficient and highly reduce an operation costs. Additionally, they offer much safer handling solution compared to a standard steel wire ropes.

It is possible to get HMPE ropes with advanced antistatic surface coating for HMPE ropes. This special coating is water resistant and its application significantly reduces static electricity, which is generated on the surface of HMPE ropes.

Marine - Tow

The tow ropes from HMPE fiber are easier to handle, lighter, stronger and safer than alternatives. The ropes are resistant to UV, chemicals and salt, also float on water.

Marine - Mooring

The mooring ropes from HMPE fiber are lighter, stronger, and easier to handle than alternatives. They are also safer and more durable. With the antistatic coating they're ideal for handling oil and gas tankers, cruise ships, container ships, bulk cargo ships and naval vessels. The ropes are resistant to UV, chemicals and salt, also float on water.

Marine - Tug

Higher strength, safety and durability than steel ones or than alternatives. The ropes from HMPE fiber for tug applications are easier for handling, safer for the crew, resistant to UV, chemicals and salt and also float on water.
